BlackBerry inbox problem
For the past few months, the Inbox ap has repeatedly disappeared from the phone and needs to be reinstalled. The disappearance is generally preceded by the ap failing to open and then, moments later, disappearing. None of the other BlackBerry as displays this behavior. No idea what is going on or how to fix the problem. If anyone has a suggestion it would be greatly appreciated.

So the whole app disappears completely... not listed among installed apps in settings or just the icon disappears?
What patch level are you on?
I'd just jump straight to doing a Factory Reset of your KEY2... and starting over.

I'd first try clearing the cache for the Inbox app instead of doing a factory reset since he's only having that problem with that particular app.
If problems still persist, I'd try disabling it and re-enabling it and setting it up again
Side note: "Hub" sounded much cooler

Yes. Once it fails (even before it disappears from the screen) it's no longer listed among my apps. As though when it installs it doesn't actually connect with the OS. Unfortunately because I'm on a BBF100-6 there have been no updates. Still on ABN088

I just un-installed all the updates through settings and then updated in play store and it fixed everything!

I would suggest to uninstall all BlackBerry app and reinstall them. Especially for hub+ service. To see issue solved.
Or try factory reset.
Does it happened after you update inbox app recently? If so, you may try to update patch (via auto load)

Man, it seems like "BlackBerry Hub+ Services" really has a mind of its own [emoji1]
