What businesses still run with blackberry and do company phone roll outs? Seems like the whole business user market thing is dead! Phones are now all purpose devices IPhone has shown us that if we like it or not! So I think the Key3 or the next PKB blackberry flagship phone should go all out with showing pleasure on these devices are just as important as business! Besides the business market is overrated anyway I mean even in the quality briefcase error all men had was porn, mabe a gun, a few important papers proving business was a look more than a focus when you dig deep you find pleasures to be more important but kept private. I say keep the classic look and security like they have but increase on specs and go all out! so at the light it may look like grandpa's car just came from the car wash but when it turns green they'll be in awe wondering why There looking at your tail lights lol People are People before anything else I don't put nothing pass anyone. What I mean is your exterior is simply a cover! GOD or the DEVIL lives in the details I wonder what would have been in your briefcase?

Maybe bring back the BlackBerry Colt nameplate. The icons can be shaped like bullets. Get NRA sponsorship.

I'm sure BBMo has the demand curve results from the first 3 KEY devices. They'd know what the market would support.

And with the 2 KEY² devices coming from the middle KEYᵒⁿᵉ, they will be able to analyze both upward and downward price sensitivity.

It will be interesting to see where that info will lead them.

Not to argue my friend but I feel if they knew what to do the company wouldn't be where it is

They have results of every other device before the Keys as well and you ask where is it? I say my point exactly!

Do they? Maybe. But I'm not sure how BB10 and/or BBOS metrics would help them with Android in 2019.

The KEYᵒⁿᵉ was $549 at launch in 2017.

In 2018, the KEY² was $649 and the KEY² LE was $399/449.

Sales numbers should give them a good idea of which way the market wants to go.

I hope so I think you are on to something! I'm just saying I personally think the Key2 is the best phone out and sure yes there are issues but it's not me or you they half to convince! The rest of the USA doesn't care a key 2 is sitting on a best buy shelf right now the question is why?

Because the masses have moved on to the touch screen and they aren't coming back

I think bb can fulfill the pleasure aspect by simply having more screen real estate. Get rid of the awful capacitive buttons. Smaller bezel up top. Job done for me. Peak phone.

My experience tells me that mabe the have moved on but they are will to return under the right circumstances. What I mean is everyone that sees my phone starts remembering how the loved there berry's and would return if the phones are up to date with current apps and such! Well that tells me that BlackBerry is not marketing correctly because the phones are up to date and current the people just don't know they are!

They can release Key³ Pro and Key³ if they want to.
I would gladly buy Key³ if it has top specs, better support and hopefully stylus too (wishful thinking)

They should probably put less resources in the Hub + Services and other BB apps and more into the camera software, to help with the brand name in upcoming devices.

KEY2 got trashed for its camera.

I'm a business user. Key2 is flawed in some respects but still the best phone out there for me.

For personal use I don't game or consume media on it so that suits as well

That is the million dollar question... do companies need/want what BBMo and BlackBerry are offering?

I don't see much as of yet in that area.... but what they said about Verizon at least offering the KEY2 LE via business channels, seems like maybe that is changing. (Or BBMo made them an offer they couldn't refuse).

But going all out.... time for that has passed. Might as well stick to what they are doing and see if they can carve out a niche.

Nope..people are not going to come back to PKBs it's just not happening. They will not sacrifice screen real estate for a physical keyboard. It has nothing to do with marketing. They can market all they want it won't change the fact that the majority has spoken and spoke a long time ago..we are a niche group of users now and we are always going to be.

Not sure about that. I think they left BB because of apps. Period. Many, many people who see my KEY2 say they would like a PKB. I've NEVER heard anyone talk about their screen real estate.
