    Not sure if it was because of the recent Hub update or the OS update, but when I get a BBM message it no longer shows in the hub "live". I can to click on the conversation to see the message.

    Anyone else?

    Turn BBM in Hub Off, clear Hub's cache, turn it back On.

    If it doesn't work afterwards we have a bug...

    I have the same issue. Silver Key2 with Dec update. BBM random issues in the Hub. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled, rebooted...nothing help. Very frustrating.

    Not sure if it's the December OS Update. I have a feeling it's the latest BlackBerry apps, specifically the Hub and Hub + Services.

    I hope it's not the OS update, since it could be months before we see the next one!

    No issue here. Running BlackBerry Hub on a Pixel 3, BBM also installed. Hub last updated 2 days ago.

    I decided to join the BlackBerry Beta program and install the latest beta apps to see if this solved the problem. The same thing is happening, so the issue may actually be with the December OS update, not the apps themselves. This is most unfortunate.

    The OS and the Hub are not talking right to each other.

    I have the exact same issue as OP since my last update. I updated OS, hub and bbm on same day so hard to pinpoint which caused it. all I know is I removed hub widget from home screen and replaced with bbm widget because I was getting too annoyed figuring out what the issue is. Seems to be a glitch to me.

    Is your problem only with BBM? Everything except BBM works for me.

    So far only with bbm. Everything else seems to work. But the 3 people I talk to most, I use bbm. I'm even getting a glitch with bbm where the notification sound doesn't work. I go into bbm notification settings, and the sound is changed to a random number instead of "bbm" tone. I gotta change that multiple times a day if I want to be able to hear notifications on bbm. That also started around the time I updated.

    Yes, I have the sound issue too. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The worst thing about this is I don't know who is responsible for this...

    Is it BlackBerry Limited and the Hub suite?
    Is it BlackBerry Mobile/BlackBerry Limited and the Android OS?
    Is it EMTEK with the BBM app?

    When it doesn't work for you, check your bbm settings and look what the notification is. See if the same thing is happening to you with that.
