I would try to find one in the $600 range, no more than that.

Or, get an LE which will be cheaper

Try laptops direct. They are in the UK and have black K2's in stock ,not sure about postage outside Europe though.

If by "life" you mean security updates, then you'd be right though

It is Ludicrous to consider a K2 that is 6 months from EOL for more than 150€! Personally, I would not consider one at all, at this point. Retailers play us for suckers because of our love of a PKB! Good luck and choose wisely,

You can bet that if a known OEM like Samsung started making PKB phones with a similar form factor as the KEYBerry's, that the prices for those unsold KEY2's would plummet.

They KNOW they're the only options for keyboard fanatics and plan to take advantage of it

Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but when companies try to seperate me from my hard earned dough by playing on my enthusiasm for Blackberry and banking on me making a foolish emotional decision, then a cold, hard NO is what they get! But don't worry, they know full well that a fool and his money are soon parted! And there is no shortage of that type of consumer!

What about Best Buy in the States? Don't they sell the Red Key2? You'll probably need to go take a drive to pick it up.

No longer receiving security updates doesn't mean that suddenly the KEY2 will lose any function.

€150 for a KEY2 is ridiculous.
