    So my 2+ year old KEYone shutdown by itself while I was taking photos. I assumed I had run out of battery, but after letting it charge for a while I noticed it had better than 50% but looking at the battery usage graph it indicated a gap where the graph was blank?

    Any thoughts?

    That gap could have been for when the device was off/crashed - so not collecting data?
