    I am not receiving notification if baterry goes below % i have set (15% for me), battery icon just become red, but I do NOT see notification 'your battery is low, charge device' (all my battery notification settings are ON). However, if I plug in charger, and remove it, then I receive notification 'charge your battery'.
    Is this correct way notification works? Or I should receive notification once battery goes below certain set % ?

    No notification for me either. You should have a white flashing light in addition to the red status bar.
