Looking deeper into the OS, I see a number of modified camera library files. That is usually pretty normal, but you never know...

An "empty" phone during initial setup has perfect swiping.

Once the phone gets additional apps the issue surfaces.

I am sure I will be able to confirm this if I do a full wipe again with this autoloader.

I did a full wipe and disabled the automatic updates in Google Play Store so no extra software was being downloaded.

I didn't login to my Google Account either.

Of course these are not "normal" actions to take but it was just for testing purposes.

Good question.

BBMo had said 2 years originally, but their subsequent participation in the Android Enterprise Recommended program requires 3 years.

I am not inclined to autoload.

Usually it hits within a couple days of ROW updates.
How long should I wait? I never had a good grasp on how important an update would be. As in does a week or two make a difference?

My gut tells me no, but to see the comments on this board ...

Days or weeks isn't a big deal. I would be more proactive if we were talking several months. Google says 90 days is perfectly acceptable even for Enterprise.
