    So the first one I've confirmed is the Aetna Mobile app by Aetna Life Insurance Company from the google play store. My friend with a Samsung S9+ says he can download it and open it just fine. Everytime I uninstall and reinstall it, when I run it I get the same error and it quits.

    I just tried it same thing I would contact the app administrator and let them know. I had a similar problem with tapatalk on my X it would freeze up and after several complaints it was never solved.
