I’ll wait until the update after that to make sure they don’t break it again and l’ll order a couple for the office.

Ok; In all seriousness, please educate me as to why such an issue would cause you to return a phone.

I have owned most every BlackBerry handsets.
Yep I have drunken the Kool-aid.

They ( BlackBerry Mobile and BlackBerry) have had plenty after plenty of mis-steps.
    Interestingly,
After all these years I've never once tried or ever used WiFi Calling except when I had T Mobile and I just don't get it. (WiFi)
    Plenty of signal bars.
Please explain to me how that's the final deal breaker for you.
A Firmware issue that they (BlackBerry) will likely fix in a month or so.
You realize somebody missed a comma or something in a line of code and it didn't get caught before release.
Sorry again, as I just don't get it.

    Probably the wrong place, but.........

Blackberry is finally after all these years, headed back in the right direction.
Of all of the BlackBerry handsets I've had, this KeyTwo is the best.
Never actually thought I'd feel that way after my Passport SE and then my KeyOne
    But, I do anyway.
Of course, every time a new phone releases lately (With PKB), I like it better each time.

    Best Part,
My typing skills have even slowly finally returned to me with KeyTwo.
I had some issues typing at first as I was used to my tiny KeyOne keys.

In itself, KeyOne was a great phone (well; aside of the screen issues but those were corrected quickly enough by BlackBerry Mobile ).
I know as I had four and broke three of them.
I really didn't think they (BlackBerry Mobile) could do much better with the KeyOne; Until they did with the KeyTwo.

They really FINALLY did WELL on this phone.
Far from perfect but it seems they are learning what is important.
Even the Android firmware experience is better and flows easier with BlackBerry than Stock Vanilla Android IMHO.

I have even used a friend's Galaxy Super Whatever Model now; And I honestly like this KeyTwo over that phone.
I really don't care that his has a better processor and display, as my KeyTwo is super fast and quite productive for me.
    Now, between android Alphabet and OS 10;
OS 10 was by FAR and AWAY the best Mobile OS arguably.
Hate it if you like, but that OS was flawless.
Let's face it, OS 10 was WAY too late to the party and by doing so caused it's own demise.

    My wife swears by Apple
Tried it as well and HATE it. Actually I hate everything about it as its too restrictive in what is allowed controllable.

I guess I'm not really too surprised on these forums as so many of us are so quick over the years as we bash BlackBerry Mobile and BlackBerry

Unfortunately, since I can’t use Verizon with the Key2 and in my office the T-Mobile and AT&T signal is almost non-existent. And it wasn’t the only reason I sent the phone back. My fingerprint reader didn’t work properly and when I contacted support they didn’t really offer any help. They just kept repeating I was within the return period with Amazon.
Yes, I’ve gone through quite a few Blackberries... particularly painful was the Storm 1 and Storm 2.
Once the few issues are ironed out I’ll go back and so will some of my staff. Just too busy to be the testers. And the support didn’t really install a lot of confidence.
Guess we are now spoiled by companies that are built around customer service. I remember trying to work with support on my first Blackberry Storm and they initially pretty said it was my issue not the phone.

Ok, I'll bite. WiFi calling is important to some of us who have a weak cellular signal. My case is simple, my home is in the foothills, cell towers are partially blocked, therefore, in my basement, I cannot make or receive a call. On the first and second floor I experience dropped calls. WiFi calling solves that! The kicker is, last update wiped it out! looking forward to the next fix. Hope this helps in understanding why some of us require it. Cheers,

I'm with you I bought the key2 mostly for wifi calling, (although with the Oreo update my keyone now has it is first. Wth). I m in the Navy and I don't have cell service in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, but we do have basic filtered wifi access. I need wifi calling to work, but it seems black Berry and Rogers just tossed me away after the 10 day return window ended.

I'm on T-Mo. If I don't have wifi-calling, at home, my phones are dead for calls. But... even in California, I've discovered there are plenty of places with lousy reception, especially "remote" resorts etc. Then there's the sometimes terrible indoor reception. But, most importantly, traveling overseas, wifi is literally everywhere, and, I just jump on. If my Motion stopped getting wifi-calling, I would 100% change phones.

I was on a flight yesterday and couldn't text because Wi-Fi calling was broken period a bit annoyed because I was looking forward to that with the free GoGo inflight internet on T-Mobile. That said I was able to do email and browse the web so that was cool

Why would they remove WiFi calling? What's the reasoning behind that move, besides the obvious 'STUPID' as clearly indicated above...

For the dude up there, some of us on T-MOBILE reception inside some places is terrible, in some areas of my house I get no reception at all, then my wifi calling comes to rescue!

Just got this phone two days ago and I've been trying to get wifi calling didn't know that it was removed!

If not resolved within the 30 days returns window period then I will have to return it and go back to Passport.

I need wifi calling or my phone won't work when I am at work. I have great reception at home but I work in the middle of nowhere and rely on wifi calling. I'm hoping it gets fixed soon.
