TCL will continue to support existing devices through Aug. 31, 2022, by offering customer and warranty service. The last Android security patch for the Key2 and Key2 LE will be issued in May 2020 and Aug. 2020, respectively. After that, the phones will stop receiving software updates.

Where did you get the May/Aug security patch part? It's not in the official statement.

They didn't promise 24 months of patches with either the KEY² or KEY² LE.

Nor can it even happen with the LE, as it came out in October and the last Google patch for Oreo will be Aug.

Yeah I'd kinda have expect them to release the Aug update for both devices.... no guarantee but BBMo seems to be trying to end things as well as they can.

anyone noticed a Wi-Fi connection issue with the latest update? I did the autoloader and past few days I have no Wi-Fi then it keeps trying to connect to Wi-Fi but only a soft restart will rectify it. my home Wi-Fi is fine as everyone elses connection is fine
