The update is the March 5, 2020 security patch. There was a reference that it might be an April security patch but not the case.

Again, carrier and location are irrelevant.

The only thing that determines whether or not anyone gets an update is the device's PRD.

Which is why a non-wipe autoloader is a cleaner way to update. It's not a delta-update, so there is less messing around.

Not much other than a wallpaper shuffle bug, and supposedly also an SMS bug for some users.
