Clear cache AND data in Play Services and Play Store. Reboot.

Sorry, Chinese edition, have no play service or play store.
Tried to clear file explorer's cache and data, no use.
I think it's a bug, somebody else met the same issue too.

Tried to install app through file explorer, after tapped the apk file, there's no reaction, and no error message either.

About an hour ago, I downloaded an app through explorer, and installed it by taping the file name in download history, and it worked. Then I tried to install app through app store, also worked. So I thought it maybe a file explorer bug.
