    I got it today on EU QWESTZ (008 ) version . After I was reading updated documents

    You have an Indian variant (most likely not manufactured by BlackBerry Mobile / TCL) with the last supported patch version # ABN088 / Dec. 2018

    Anything else may or may not load or function as desired.
