    Hi Conite, thank u again for the help. The above sounds a bit too technical for me.
    anyway, I downloaded the ABL911 Autoloader and flashed it and it worked and booted up okay. However, the restarting randomly problem still persists. I dont know what else to try. It is quite weird because in fastboot mode the phone does not restart randomly. Also, when google maps gps is running it does not restart randomly. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try? Thanks once again.

    Yes, when it asked you do u want to wipe I typed "y" and entered and the process was smooth. Like I said, the random restarts still persist.
