Don't use if you are in China. As always, use at your own risk and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

As always, wipe and no/wipe included.

    Instructions for first-time flashers:

Remove any screen lock from your device first.
Download the zip file in the OP. Extract it. Turn off your phone. Press and hold power and volume down until you see the blackberry bootloader screen. Plug in your phone to your computer. Open a command prompt in the folder you extracted the downloaded file (In the folder, hold ctl, shift, then right click and you should see "open command prompt (or powershell) window from here). Then type flashall.bat and press enter.

This is all presuming you are using Windows. This will do a wipe (if you selected wipe script) and install the new version. Let me know if you have any questions. If you are on a mac/linux run the .sh scripts in terminal (make sure you are running as admin and again that your screen lock passwords are completely removed).

Thank You for everything you do for our community.

Considering the issues some have had with the latest KEYᵒⁿᵉ auto loaders causing the phone to lose radio have there been any testing and / or similar issues reported.

The issue only appears to be with the KEYᵒⁿᵉ at the moment.

It's a bug, to fix you have to go into settings => "Security & location" => "Trust agent". Then turn off "Smart Lock".

Reboot your phone, then follow the same procedure & turn "Smart Lock" back on. It should now work just fine. This always works for me & I've seen blaze mentioned this method prior to fix said issue

Yes; it works but breaks every time I turn off the phone.

I guess I need to remember to turn off "trust agent" before I turn the device off, which I do nightly.

Yes you have to do it before turning off or rebooting :-)

Sometimes & forget to do it and it breaks as well - have to follow procedure, then restart. Not sure if it's a blackberry bug or android bug but it's persistent, so we have to work around it.

Do you have a Rogers provided phone or is it factory unlocked? Thanks,

Installed (no wipe) very quickly...less than 10 minutes, for sure. Confirmed that I did not lose Rogers WiFi calling with this update.

I have a silver KEY2. Did this activate VoLTE for phone calls too? I really need VoLTE working. 4G call quality is poor.

This software says my WiFi Calling is not authorized by Rogers.

It is my understanding that if you didn't buy your KEY2 from Rogers, VoLTE and WiFi calling won't be enabled.

    Yes.
I have an unlocked silver KEY2 BBF100-2 and using it on Rogers.

Will this make my WiFi Calling work? More importantly will it get my VoLTE working? Or do you know how I can get my phone calls working on VoLTE? Right now it is only 4G for calls.

    Crap.

Just read in another post that you told me you had a Silver KEY2 and you said these features were working and posted screen shots.

I bought the device today and see now that someone corrected you that you didn't have a Silver KEY2, and you noted you missed the fact I was asking if a non-Rogers device would work.

Yes VoLTE was working on my Rogers purchased Key2 before this latest release added WiFi calling. from other post and same issue with KeyOne, only Rogers purchased phones are being authorized for VoLTE and WiFi calling.
