After full charge, my phone first showed 6hrs, then 16hrs, then 13hrs remaining.

My battery life has decreased noticeably over the past week or so.
Not noticed the remaining time fluctuate, but it's not lasting as long that's for sure.

It will fluctuate based on your usage. If you are using a lot of battery the estimated time will decrease, and vise-versa.

I have same battery issue for few weeks. I disconnect charger usually at 6am and at 6 p.m. something around 5% battery life left. And I usually don't use my phone at lot. Usually no phone calls,no Facebook, Instagram or other apps, only few Whatsap messages during the day

I find it much depends on where you keep your contacts, if you keep them on Gmail there is a lot of syncing going on if you keep them locally you had better backup and convert it to CSV. You can always put the v-card onto an iPhone
