I have a feeling it might have something to do with a WhatsApp update I received this morning; the conversation bubbles look a little different.
I am experiencing the same issue since I updated WhatsApp last night.
I am wondering if it has anything to do with the Priority Hub.
I am going to turn it off for a while and test it; I will report back.

You might want to know that this issue is now affecting other messages.
It is difficult to describe over text but when communicating with multiple people (different conversations), many messages get missed and never arrive Hub.
experiencing the "You" sender bug on the last 3 days ...
apart from that , also some missing messages that never appear on the hub
Yes, this happened to me the moment I updated WhatsApp.
Which confirms @max-bb assessment above. It's WhatsApp, not Hub.
ok, but :
- on whatsapp app it is ok, no problems
- on android message center it is also ok !
the whatsapp update is not working well apparently only for the blackberry hub , so it seems to be a hub reading problem for the new whatsapp update
That's correct. Hub require an update to support the new way WhatsApp is parsing messages.
Another annoying bug is that, when you receive an email and you delete it from the notification panel itself then it makes another sound as if new mail has come.

I'm having same problems with whatsapp since last updated, with "You" being listed as sender. Tried a reinstall and cleared the past chats, still have the same problems. I agree that it seems to be a hub problem. Using a BlackBerry Motion on Tmobile in the USA.
i would post if somebody has already reinstalled whatsapp , but now we have the answer
reinstall the hub otherwise doesnt sounds like a good idea
so waiting for hub update.....in the hopes that it will be adressed

My phone is key 2 and since yesterday all the massages I received from my
whatsapp, when i get notification and I checked my HUB always mentioned cam
from : You !!!
No name !!! However when I checked my whatsapp application everything OK
with named .
Also when I dragged the screen down I can see name !
The issue with HUB
I tried to deleted hub and whatsapp
And still same issue!

I have noticed this too and look forward to an update to fix it.

I tried to disable the rubrics, I uninstalled whatsapp and reinstalled .. with and without messages .. nothing .. the "YOU" appears .. but it does not always appear, sometimes it divides the messages into "you" and with the correct name. I have heard assistance from BB but they do not even know that the problem exists.
tried multiple vote to delete whatsapp and reinstall but it does not change.

Just today I received a message from 'You' and by tapping the message I was directed to a contact that was supposed to be on my contact list though WhatsApp showed a number which indicate they are not on my contact list.
Upon checking my contact list I saw 69 contacts out of well over a thousand I am supposed to have.
