After the last monthly update at end April, my notifications seem to have gone astray. I used my own brief notifications for several email accounts instead of the long winded obtrusive ding dongs.
Now I seem to get some of my own notifications for some emails arriving and some of the default ding dongs on others.
I've checked each email account in BB Hub and the Pie settings to check its own notification and all have the notification I selected.
Should I just delete each email account from Hub and reinstall??

Also, I can't understand why when searching BB Contacts I get "Directory - Hotmail.com" at the top of the screen if the contact is not found?? I do have a rather dormant hotmail account but gmail has been the main account for many years. I can't see anything in BB Contacts where Hotmail has priority.

    Any ideas out there??

    Bump
I'm having this exact same issue.

When opening Contacts and am searching for a contact by phone number, no results are returned. I see:
Directory - [name of email server]. No contacts found in the directory

Is there a way to force the search to be performed on local contacts?
Can contacts not be searched by their phone numbers?
