    I have to send Keyone in for repair has anyone got the password keeper backup (export) working on a bb10 os ?

    I had a similar issue but unfortunately you can't export the Android backup to BB10. Apparently this was never forseen! I have several BB10 devices so, having learnt the hard way, I always keep a backup on these. Don't suppose you saved a backup BB10 on your SD card?

    You can export it as an unencrypted .csv but it may not include all the data. From there, you might be able to import it into BB10 password keeper?

    Thanks everyone I made a backup in. Csv and psk2 before repair so I should be good.
