    Hi,

Normally I could sent 24mb files with no problem. Since recent I can only sent files under 18mb. I get a pop up message that the file is to big over the 18mb.
I sent this with a gmail account in the Hub App.
    Did they change something?

    Kind regards

    Maarten

Usually that's a function of your email provider.

Yes, but I did not change anything. I have still the same gmail account in the hub, before sending a file over 18mb (and under 24mb) was no problem, now I get warning that the file can not be attached because it is over 18mb, and I can only sent the email without the file, or compress it further. With google you can sent 25mb, so I don't understand what has changed...

BlackBerry Hub+ Inbox 2.1906 introduced an attachment size limit of 18MB to combat memory issues with large attachments. We'll try increasing the limit to 25MB.

I'm curious what the limits are in the BB10 hub.

Thank you LiamQ for the explanation.

Is there a way to auto resize pictures? I use some other email clients were I get the option to resize before I sent or add the pictures to the email. I do not get such an option with Hub.

We have the resize option when you tap on Send, but we don't offer the resize option when adding the pictures.

Ok, Thank you, but because the file size of the picture(s) is over 18mb, I can not compose my message and tap on Send. How can I add them then?

LiamQ, any updates on call logs working fully. specifically, incoming and missed. They seemed to stop working after the July system update. Thanks.

    LiamQ,
I am with Mot866 that I wish it was possible to resize the pictures after they are added to a email but before they were sent. Either that or resize them as they are added to a email. That way the email could still be sent under the size limit as described.

Hello all, sorry to resurect an old thread, but I cannot attach more than 17.5 MB. Is there any settings I could change as I remember I could previously attach 24 MB. I'm on inbox version 2.2034.1.8456. Thanks a lot for your help.
