KeyOne; Hub not updating
Hi,
I am having issues using the Hub with my BB KeyOne, I thought it was my phone as Whattsapp notifications have stopped but then reading the reviews on HUB and people are experiencing exactly the same problems as I am having;
The emails etc are not updating as they used to even when the Push settings are set up properly, does anyone know a fix for this?

same here on key2. made a claim. BlackBerry still won't acknowledge on here, by email or by phone. awful support.

@robnic What version of the OS, and what version of Hub and Hub+ Services?

It's on OS ABG366 Anderoid version 8.1.0 and Hub version 2.0 I think

Hi,
Well the hub has started to update my emails again, I tried checking all settings, push etc made no difference then it started ok again.
The one thing that doesn't work is whatsapp I only get notifications when I actually open the app. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling still the same,
