    No. To put the BlackBerry apps and services on another Android device you would have to pay the subscription cost.

    If you own an Android BB do you get all BB Android apps free on other devices?
    It's my understanding that the BlackBerry Hub+ Suite of apps is free, so long as you can put up with the adds. To eliminate the ads, it would cost only a buck a month. "Free" comes at the cost of having to view those ads.
