    Hi,

I just ran into a serious issue with the Hub on my KEY2.

I have two different e-mail accounts synced with the Hub. However, none of my e-mails are displaying in the Hub view despite both being enabled as part of the view. Even when I select either e-mail account, I see the message "No items in this view".

However, if I navigate to a folder (for example "Inbox" or "Sent"), I can still see my e-mails listed. I also still get Hub e-mail notifications and these can still be opened. Curiously, these notifications disappear when you open the relevant account (even though I only see "No items in this view").

The only thing I can think of that I did recently was update the BlackBerry Hub+ Services app. Restarting my device didn't help, nor did using a force stop on the Hub app or a clear cache on the Hub app.

This comes at an inconvenient time as I'm about to go on a work trip, so any quick fix that doesn't require me to redo my settings would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

Do you have Conversation View disabled? Could you try toggling it to see if that makes a difference?

Hi... I am having the same exact issue after updating to 1.6.1.15188 using an android phone. My email showed up in the Hub after turning off the conversation view as suggested. However, the conversation view is a nice feature that I am used to. Is there another way to to resolve this? How can I revert to the previous version in android?

I had conversation view enabled. Disabling it does make a difference. I guess a fix is on the way?

    UPDATE:
The BlackBerry Hub update in the Google Play store fixed the issue.

Not sure why the BlackBerry Hub+ Services update was pushed to us first if it really did temporarily break e-mail functionality in the Hub, but in any case everything is resolved now.

Love the new dark themes! Keep up the good work.

You're not seeing any email? Which versions of Hub and BlackBerry Hub+ Services are you using?
