I updated the latest version which was pushed a few hours ago of the BB Hub Suite apps lately, I recently added and setup new e-mail accounts (outlook/hotmail).

Somehow I notice and think that the sync's or BlackBerry Sync Servers for all Android-BlackBerry devices only are down. If I wanna set the sync interval to Automatic and the sync schedule to 1 Day, in the end I still do not receive my new upcoming e-mails.

Is there a possibly way to solve this issue again?

Because I've tested it many times from my end and still no luck.

    I have the Priv btw.

    Many thanks.

The HUB does not contact BlackBerry. There are no intermediate servers.

Enable "push if available" , but always select a sync interval of no more than 30 minutes.

Could be unrelated but after last couple of updates, I toggled airplane mode to jumpstart data even though it showed transmitting back and forth before.

Finally it's works on my side about the BB HUB + Suite Apps.

Sure it did the trick by uninstalling, clear cache data and reinstalling updates.

After re adding + setting up personal e-mailaccounts manually again, synchronization was worth to wait and it clearly paid off.

I receive and can send now e-mails through BB Hub - Inbox.

Thank you CB, Conite and the rest of CB users for the support.
