Recently, email replies and forwards are missing the upper portion (it seems to disappear) --- this includes the "To" , "cc" , Subject, and any attached files. Image attached.
I tried submitting a support request through BlackBerry, but any link that goes to TCL no longer works and it seems like there's no way to contact Support for something like this. Attachment 451226

It also happens when composing an email from the 2nd line.
Get rid of Chrome and use Web View

Fixed with latest update from BlackBerry. Not abandoned!!

You're referring to the beta update for the Hub and services app?
Or did blackberry update for hub for all including non beta?
I'm on NON Beta and received update yesterday for both my KEY 2's. Check playstore.
BB Hub+ just released an update for all its core apps.
