I have 7 email accounts active in my Hub.

My old device (PRIV) allowed me to add homescreen shortcuts for all 7 emails.

My new device (Motion) wont let me add more than 5 shortcuts. When i try to add the 6th and 7th shortcuts i get a pop up message inidcating the shortcut has been added but it doesnt appear on the homescreen.

I've tried wiping the device and starting over. Ive tried adding the accounts in different orders. I keep getting stuck after 5 shortcuts.

The homescreen that the device is on when you are creating the shortcuts, is it empty?
Temporarily, as you create the first two, maybe combine them into one bubble until you're finished and then separate them again. (Dropping the mail icons on top of each other after creating them).

No, there is lots of room on the homescreen. And if the homescreen is full the icons spill over to the second screen, but, still won't let me add more than the first 5.
