Can BlackBerry keyboard be used on any android device?

I'm planning on purchasing the Galaxy S8 (thinking about it at least) but I do love my BlackBerry physical keyboard and also the touch screen keyboard. I currently have a Priv and barely use my physical keyboard, therefore, I'm considering buying a Samsung phone but I don't like the touch screen keyboard on non-blackberry phones, for me that is a deal breaker. With that said, does anyone own a Samsung phone and uses or knows if the BlackBerry keyboard can be used instead of the regular android touch screen keyboard?

I have an honor 8 on nougat and I've used it. It works fine.

Keep in mind it's a big battery drain, so I switched to Gboard, but it DOES work

No Samsung here but BlackBerry keyboard working flawlessly on my Oneplus 3T.

Cobalts got a cool little app out that let's you install any of the BlackBerry apps like hub and keyboard and what not. Keyboard doesn't work so well on my galaxy tab s2, the keyboard kinda glitches to the right. Pretty sweet having that launcher though

I'm newly on a Galaxy S7 with Nougat. Running full BlackBerry suite except, of course, DTEK. (Switched jobs and had to surrender the Priv.)

I am using BlackBerry's Hub+ with
Cobalt's patched version of BlackBerry's VKB on a Moto Z. What I miss is the absence of an LED, but the software runs well on this phone. I use the BlackBerry Launcher as well.

Try Fleksy keyboard from the Playstore. Looks very similar to the bb keyboard with alot more options.
