BlackBerry HUB not showing whatsapp

Hello guys,

I have a Note 9 and I am big lover for HUB but I noticed that the whatsapp messages not shown in hub.
I hade the same problem with bbm but after a reinstal appeared but I don't won't to uninstall and instal all the settings again, any solution for this? PS I use the latest version 1.6.1.15188 of the HUB with android 8.1

May or may not be related; it's possible BlackBerry devices still see integration while none BlackBerry is completely affected:
