I use Outlook.com People in order to backup and sync my contacts with my PRIV and the BB Contacts App, which works just fine for the most part. I have noticed though, there are issues when selecting the email type (Work, Business, Personal, Home, etc.) between the two and how they sync. For example, when entering a Work email for a contact in Outlook People, it shows up as a Home email in the BB Contacts App. There are similar issues depending on which type of email address you select.

Not sure if people see the same issues with Gmail for instance or a different contacts App?

I have the same issue with Outlook. No issue with Gmail.
