Can't get rid of the alarm icon in the top right of the notification tray, even if I turn off or delete all alarms. Any ideas

When I turn off my alarms in the clock app the alarm icon disappears. Consistently. I can see it disappear and reappear as I turn the alarms off and on.

Try shutting it off all the way and see if that fixes it. Hold your finger on the settings in the quick menu for a few seconds to turn on system ui tuner. Then it's at the bottom of the settings app.

This works but is there a way to fix the issue so the alarm icon in status bar works properly? I already cleared cache and data and uninstalled and reinstalled both google clock and blackberry clock. I’d like to be able to see when the alarm is on!
