Adding Shared MS365 Mailbox to Blackberry Hub+ on Android

Asked: Feb 21 2022 | 6:43 am EST 1706 Views 2 Answers

I know receiving and sending emails of shared email boxes through Blackberry Hub+ used to be possible, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it working anymore... Regular email box works fine. I did find the following post:

https://supportforums.crackberry.com/blackberry-hub-plus-suite-f459/anyone-uses-o365-shared-mailbox-1099004/.microsoft.com/en-us/office/pop-imap-and-smtp-settings-8361e398-8af4-4e97-b147-6c6c4ac95353

but that doesn't work (anymore, or I'm doing something wrong)...

Anyone have any experience with this? It's a paid app, and I've been happily using it for years... would like to keep doing that if at all possible

Thanks!

You don't have to use POP or IMAP any longer to add a shared mailbox. when you go into Settings in the Hub, just add the account as a Shared or delegated account.
