What we all liked about BlackBerry was that all the apps integrated well with one another and the OS. We all fell for the seamless way with which everything got interwoven with each other, to such an extent that even today neither iOS or Android have come close to the simplicity ,speed and seamless integration of some of the features of bb7/10 like it's browser reader mode, the effortless way with which MS office docs would open straight from the email page on BlackBerry 7 or BlackBerry 10. Even the latest versions of iOS and Android are pathetic in those respects.

For the most part, I agree. My one point of discontent is printing from iOS hardware.

That is certainly one thing they could improve upon though I rarely want to do any wireless printing.

I installed both the BlackBerry Camera and the Google Camera apps onto the Evolve and that makes the cameras good. Phone is very basic, no NFC, no wireless charging. I don't use NFC very often and using BlackBerry for a long time, I have had no wireless charging anyways.

Can you share the link to GCam you are using?
Any camera app I install - heck even trying to use Google Duo / Sky screws up the front camera :-(
