    Hold the power button down for 32 seconds. Ignore what happens on the device during that time.

    Maybe add the volume up or volume down button to the power button.

    India did add the emergency call feature to the power button, maybe they adjusted to hard-reset too?

    I have my PRIV's power button broken, so if my phone is off, I will press down the volume up button while connecting with charger. It will turn on the device. Holding the power and volume button gave access to the boot menu.

    Well you can try doing a factory reset of your phone... or contact Optiemus Support.

    Sadly just not enough people here have a Evolve to know if there is a simple fix or not.

    I don't get any security updates , recently I tried to install Netflix in Google play store its shows your device isn't compatible with this verson .then I realized I wasted moneys to buy this scrap material 😡😡

    Try Yalp Store. That should show a version of Netflix that works on your phone.
