    There is no way to ask the seller. In india, we can purchase the product from online (amazon) and there is no option to contact the seller. Also consumer will not know from which place the product is shipping. They will just list the shop name.

    Amazon IS the seller.

    If you want the warranty to be honoured, you have to go back to them).

    Amazon only has a 10 day replacement policy.
    After amazon has nothing to do with your device.
    You are there at the mercy of service centers (if you find any)
