It really is, by most accounts the Evolve is a pretty good Slab phone. It does have issues, like the camera isn't great - but for the price it was OK. If it had more bands, Optiemus might have done well pushing it to the black markets for sales in areas they aren't licensed to sell it.

But it flopped and Optiemus pulled out, and didn't bother to offer updates..... still waiting on the Evovle X to see the light of day.
