How to enable the Finger Print Sensor Option in Blackberry Evolve Mobile.

No option available in Security & Location for Finger Print

in security and location there is a further heading "device security " . third row down is fingerprint. click and follow instructions to add fingerprint .

i am only having the option for Face unlock in third row

Have you rebooted the phone? Sometime that will help.

Can also try a Factory Reset... but in the end it's probable a bad sensor.
