I used to connect to the 4g .not everywhere tho ...now I'm only getting E
I’m speculating that your problem is the Evolve itself wasn’t ever intended for your region. It wasn’t really future optimized for your carrier or region. If you were to use your Evolve as intended, you’d find it just fine over there, just not where you’re located.
It used to connect where I'm located now at present but not anymore. I wondering its a hardware problem.
Your carrier may have upgraded networks. It’s a common problem with devices that aren’t fully compatible and intended for use in a specific region. It sounds like you simply lost some compatible 4G and/or LTE bands due to a carrier upgrade.
Sounds like from what I read over last few minutes is that infrastructure has been experiencing some down issues from theft, vandalism and required upgrades. Since you’re already using a device that’s most likely missing bands, you probably don’t have all the redundant 4g bands to fall back on. As repairs or upgrades are completed, you may regain 4g or you may not. I’d suggest contacting your carrier for information on your specific area problems.
The problem you’re describing is very common in areas like USA and why Evolve wasn’t good choice for certain geographic regions and reasons.
