Sparingly as for anybody visiting for a few days would expect before using another phone borrowed or purchased cheap in discount store. Neither AT&T nor T-Mobile have much band overlap with Evolve, so call quality, data speeds and coverage suffers. Forget VZW and Sprint as it be almost to completely unusable.
