My last update for my unlocked 60 was May 5th. What the Hell is or isn't happening??

They're slipping again. The DTEK50 only received the June update a few days ago. Some but not all KEYones and Privs have the July patch.

I was on Beta on both my Priv and Dtek50, now that beta is over I haven't received and update since March 5th. I don't know whats going on. There unlocked phones and I have yet to hear back from BlackBerry as to what's going on ... Any ideas? I was told there's a number you can dial to do a update search but idk what it is.

Ahh, yes, of course, USA and Canada, the 'home' countries.
What about the rest of the world? ..... How can BB 'release' an update for USA/Canada, but not the rest of the world??
Either the update is released or it's not??
BB have not specified that the released update if territorial, as far as I can see??
Maybe BB think the 'rest of the world' is just a figment of their imagination' and they don't need to worry about it...
Quick to 'sell' their wares outside the US, but not really bothered about 'supporting' it are they??

Yeah a few of us have had that response along with the one saying that the DTEK security update has been released... but when bbhelp pass you to phone support you get told the sec updates haven't been sent out yet for any DTEK60 devices.

I would ignore what bbhelp say there is more info on crackbery than bbhelp twitter.
