    I'm also getting this. I even did a factory wipe, no account set up on the device, just Wi-Fi and still got it.

    No sweat. Just run the May autoloader, and then let it update again.

    To his the notification I found that you can long tap the notification, and when Google Play Services shows up hit the i icon. then turn on block notifications. you can either leave it off, or toggle it back on. If you toggle it back on, it hides it temporarily (I'm assuming until the device next checks in).

    Or I think I found if you attempt to download and then pause the download half way, it also hides it.

    I am in the UK. My DTEK50 has updated with the August security update! My DTEK60 only downloads 20% of the August security update then reboots and after 20% you have the dead android with 'Error'. Two reboots and the phone is back to the June download. This is the first issue with updates; however, it is frustrating; therefore, hopefullu it will be sorted (very) soon. Thank you to royster86 on hiding the icon. :-))

    I am getting this as well on my DETK60 (UK) update available verification failed ? As a result it now says 'the inegrity of the operating system is compromised' do a factory reset...... do we wait for a solution from BB first ?

    ... and be forced to rebuild the phone again? I went through this painful experience back in August (no, Google Drive backup doesn't do the entire job for you). Not looking forward to doing this again!

    If we do a factory reset i presume google drive only backs up contacts and numbers but all the apps need to be put back on ?

    Google will put them back on, but only a portion of them will have their settings restored.
