Why would they remove that key feature? I mean, this could be a loss to those who really use the FM radio.

The DTEK50 does, the DTEK60 doesn't for some odd reason

No the DTEK50 has radio and the DTEK60 not, so bad. I wait till the Mercury comes out or keep using my Passport till the end of its lifecyclus

I've had the Z30 from the first day it came out. Last year, I switched to the Nexus 6P and within a week returned it. The Android experience was so bad, I went back to my Z30. I apologized to it and made sweet love to it. Waiting for my DTEK60, ordered yesterday. I'm skeptical but alas it's time for change. Nothing beats BB10. I'll miss you dearly!!

I'll try to switch from Classic. Switch - cause my Classic (bought in the US) doesn't cooperate well with Polish' 4GLTEs. And try - cause I don't want to have same problems (Classic jumps from 4G to H+/3G networks which eats battery like crazy). So i'd like to get one to see how it feels in my hand and works with local LTEs.
Hmm...maybe Crackberry wants me to test DTEKS here?

I've been using a 9900 for the past 5 years. And I'm now looking to upgrade. My heart was set on a PKB device, but I'm thinking of going for this. The specs do look good. I was hoping for another top end PKB device but it might not be coming. Using a touch screen will be a learning curve but I think I'm ready to make the plunge. I was gonna walk into town today to have a look at it, but no shops in the UK stock Blackberrys, so I might just have to make a leap of faith and buy it from the website.

If Whatsapp wasn't being discontinued I might be tempted to go with a BB10 device, but it is a deal breaker.

Just need a final push to order, 9900 to a Dtek60 will be a massive step up, I just need to make sure it's the right device to go to. I'll be gutted if they release a similar spec DTEK with a PKB in the next few months.

They are supposed to be releasing a PKB phone within the next 6 months but it won't be speced liked the DTEK60.
You might hold out for the PKB if the keyboard is your priority but don't expect it to be speced or priced like the DTEK60.
It will have lower specs than the DTEK60 and almost certainly a higher price than the DTEK60.
If you are really hell bent on a PKB phone, you could probably buy a very cheap android phone for WhatsApp, use it for, 6 months and then sell it and buy the PKB phone when it releases.

I loved the Z30 and Passport SE with OS10 too!

However, made the jump to the Android Priv, and love it.

Getting the DTEK60 now....
