DTEK50 is based on the 4, not the 4S.

Hey Toni, I was meaning the Argon is supposed to be based on the 4S..when it arrives...seeing that the 4S just got a great review I unfortunately expect the Argon or whatever it will be called not being reviewed as favourably....lol

Android Central's own review just called the 4s mid-range.

Argon has got to be the 4 Pro.

When is Argon coming out? By the end of 2016, if not sooner, right? It'd be nice if it had a bigger battery, faster SOC, and better camera. I am more likely to wait for Argon at least, rather than plunging into the DTEK50. Looking forward to what BlackBerry releases next. Hope these devices make the affected departments more stable!

We need also to consider bb's device strategy should it remain in the device business. I do not think it astute to have a passport one year, then a Priv and then an argon. They should choose a line/name and they keep improving it by listening to consumers.

I agree. It doesn't give your customers a consistent experience if you are always trying different form factors. Once they get their line up sorted out they should focus on releasing successors to existing devices.

That image is as fake as fake can be. Can't believe people are still passing that around as legit. Much like the 'Hamburg'.. gonna be some disappointed people if they're basing things off these particular so called 'leaked renders' lol.

So I suggest if you're looking to read the rest of the details then read the full post including the part about the new logo typeface on the renders which there's no indication BlackBerry will use, despite many freaking out over its looks. For the record, that image was jacked as well and filtered to hell to hide the fact it was a Photoshop, so if you see it proclaimed as real, it's not.
