Has anyone used an SD card reader with their DTEK60? I'm looking to get one to upload/backup pictures while traveling and want to make sure whatever I get will work.
Thanks!

Thanks!
Get a USB one, And a USB OTG cable.
I have the cheapest trashiest USB reader in picked up from some Chinese website, and surprisingly it works well.
So you should be fine with pretty much anything.
Thanks for the pointer. I saw OTG in a couple of items but had not looked up what it was yet.
I'm looking at something like this which used the OTG standard so hopefully it works.

Yeah I have a cheap one with the correct connector and it works fine.
I am also looking into OTG issue on my DTEK60. Charging and even advanced connection to PC (Android Debug Bridge operations) using USB work fine, but OTG does not work. I have tried "OTG Troubleshooter", but it shows in green only the "USB host detected" line. :-( And the tool currently detects 0(zero) USB hubs.
File Managers do not show neither USB-C Flash Drive nor provide power to connected USB hubs. :(
Can anyone with "USB-C Flash Drive" or "SD Card Reader" confirm if "OTG Troubleshooter" shows the same for them? I've tried a few other tools, but they showed me only device-id based information which is not what I need...
Alternatively, if you can give me a hint on a reliable tool to check OTG status for DTEK60, that should be equally helpful.
Don't know what the OTG troubleshooter is, but my DTEK60 works just fine with a bland, simple USB-C connector equipped SD card reader. I have successfully uploaded 1080p video from my camera to Youtube on the AT with it in the middle of BF nowhere (literally), so yeah, I know it works :)
This is the reader I have in my bag of tricks that works just fine... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...UvbUpU13044094
$5 -- not much to argue with there.
Thank you a lot for the reply. I guess that those OTG issues on my DTEK60 might be the main reason for the unusual battery drain as well. As my hands are at least third on my device I have no idea what it went through. I can only hope that water was not involved... :( :( :(
I suppose I need to browse all XDA topics related to diagnosing OTG issues. :)
