    My DTEK60 just received the May update (I never got April's), and now after the screen times out (3 minutes) it will not wake back up with double tap or by any other method. I have to hold down the power key until I force a reboot in order for anything to happen.

    In the past on the beta OS this would happen after a reboot, but if I did the force reboot process one time it was fine, problem solved. I finally gave in and did a complete wipe and that seemed to solve the problem completely until this update. This time I've rebooted at least 6 times and it keeps happening.

    Does anyone else have this issue? Did you figure out a solution? Right now my phone is basically unusable...

    Hmm... seems to work fine for me. Maybe a setting was turned off incidentally? I'm fairly certain there's an option for this in one of the settings menus.

    Nope, unfortunately it was still turned on. (Unfortunate because that would have been an easy fix :-D )

    Update: the 7th reboot seems to have done the trick. I am sure this is some random conflict between OS and some app I'm running or something like that... I was just wondering if anyone else had run across this issue and if they figured out any way to resolve it.

    Yup mine is also not operating. Freezes up, reboots apps don't open. Very frustrated! Sent debug logs to Blackberry as per request. I'm going to lose all my notes and downloaded documents. Not happy. I was really happy with this phone till now.

    Have been contacted by BlackBerry support. Have to reinstall the OS from bootloader, going to lose notes and downloads, they do not transfer over to another device. Sucks!!

    While I was backing up my phone to Google drive via content transfer the phone rebooted several times, not sure how many reboots since the transferring of data was taking forever, but low and behold my phone is working better than ever. Happy camper, did not have to do a complete wipe. 😎

    Well unable to reinstall OS. Have to send it back to Blackberry Support for a fix or replacement. Thankfully I still have my priv, Ole faithful!!

    Sorry to hear that. Very frustrating indeed.. No issues here. Phone is working faster and better with each update.
