Any UK 60 users gotten the June / July security update yet?

Got my last week, or the week before, sim free phone using Vodafone sim only.

Hi - I got the update using my 60 with EE sim in UK last week.

I have registered concerns with BlackBerry and have looked at trying to action either a credit card or small claims refund from BlackBerry due to item sold not having support / updates as indicated at point of sale. If anybody would like to join me in this action please feel free to contact me.

As a long time customer I'm appalled by the way BlackBerry are choosing to treat us as 60 users. People say we are foolish for buying it and believing the promises at sale of the 'most secure android' .. in this site people say it's not this it's not that, it's not us it's not them.. shame on you ... Crackberry stalwarts could voice and support our concerns that again BlackBerry have failed some fans and that this could be easily rectified ...

if you have any time in your return period for the phone I would urge you to return it and try another phone where you can be assured of security updates and some customer commitment.

BlackBerry / blackberrymobile / TCL- it sadly hurts me to write this ..... do the right thing between you for us fools that believed the promises about DTEK60.

Kevin you did mention in the podcast DTEK60, but I feel you could support us .... Show us that the funding stream has not totally compromised & destroyed Crackberry

it's over for me with BlackBerry and whoever as I don't expect this to go anywhere .... just want people like me (sadly now a past BlackBerry fan) to not make the same mistake I did .. this DTEK60 phone couldn't be better ....... if it only had confirmed commitment to ongoing and on time security updates.

Fools that we are - we bought a KEYone on day one in the UK .... Focus on the KEYone but 7 months from now I hope the security patches and customer support continues to be more robust than we've experienced for our DTEK60.

We are and sadly now, WERE a committed BlackBerry family....don't really want to jump ship but enough is enough

UK user here, still on May update, I used to receive them every month and then it stopped,still nothing.

well I'm on BT SIM with an unlocked 60. I believe that they use the EE network so can't see why some of us UK owners have had the recent upgrade and the vast majority haven't.

Guys we will all have to wait and see I think .... I'm happy that my DTEK60 finally broke my obsession with my lovely Z30 ..... I would still be using if I hadn't of needed some further app access ..

I've had it since the phone came out and always got the updates until May and it's unlocked of course therefore I find it a bit strange.
