#2 are replacement parts (battery, screen, etc) interchangeable with the Idol 4s?

My current Android, g4 play, has enough specs for daily usage but it's lacking in the security patch dept still being on the August 1st patch.

#1 No... rumor is updates for Marshmallow will end this year. I've heard the spring, either way BBMo will probable end it in the fall, after two years. To match the PRIV's EOS.

#2 Screen isn't compatible, not sure about other components.
