It looks like finally after all these years that BlackBerry and Digital River got their stuff together.

I recently ordered a few SE Passports to my home in Canada. In both scenarios the order was placed and processed on a Wed and in my hand using regular shipping on Friday.

Glad to hear the customers who ordered today are expecting deliveries within a few days. It's vital to have a smooth launch and happy clients. Far too often a lot of these launches were total disasters from Shop Blackberry perspective for a LOT of people. Not everyone had a bad experience but it was enough it should have been a concern. It was an issue that I emailed both Alex Thurber and Ralph Pini about months ago. Both acknowledged work needed to be done and they would improve. I am glad to see that the early indications are that they have!

FedEx pinged me before Shopblackberry did (which was amusing) but I DID get the confirm from them as well. It will be here tomorrow. I ordered within a few minutes of when it went live.

Would this approach be correct or are they shipped from one central hub?
