Anyone have this problem? While I'm on the phone and the phone is on my ear obviously, the screen turns on by itself and starts closing calls and muting the call. Usually when I have the phone to my ear and holding with my shoulder. It's like the angle doesn't support that and the screen turns on. Please someone try it and see the margin of error is super small.

Just tried it again, the phone needs to be super close to your ear, like touching it, if you move a little back or tilt it the screens turns on. So annoying

In my case I feel like I have to have the phone pushed right up to my ear and my ear covering up a significant amount of it for the sensor to work well.

Cmon BlackBerry or alcatel. Im in my phone most of the time during my job. If there is no fix for this I will need another phone. Every call I have gets muted or I close by accident. ******* helllll
