Bought my Dtek 60 and ordered a Samsung Evo 64gb SD card. When I first inserted the card I was asked to download a BlackBerry App for SD cards. The SD card keeps coming up corrupted and when I ask the phone to format the card nothing happens. Bad card or am I doing something wrong?
I formatted mine in a computer and it works "ok" but it says it is too slow to support video above 720p. Seems ridiculous. I have a Samsung Pro+ which is a U3 rated card. Does 4k in my go pro and no issues in my daughers S7 phone. Don't know why there is issues with the Dtek60. When plugged in to my computer I can write to it at over 50mb/s and obviously reading is higher. This was a retail purchased card at Bestbuy so it isn't a fake.
Your card is fast enough. Open the camera app, then change mode to video, now while in video you can change to 4k recording. The setting is greyed out if you are in camera mode but not in video mode - I would say a glitch in the software code...

You're right. Thanks. Must be a glitch. Tried this also on my dtek50 now also using a Samsung EVO + (U1) and it works now at 1080.
