Just an idol question this morning. Has anyone had an issue with screen lifts on the 60??

I have a 60 but have not had a problem. I see tons of comments about the K1 and it's screen problems and on my old Passport I did have a minor issue with a corner coming loose but that was an easy fix.

Haven't noticed issues with the DTEK60 or the "IDOL" (you were being funny there) it was based on....

There is a difference is screen "lift" and they whole display falling out. If you watch a DTEK60 tear-down... it's built much differently than the KEYone.

No issues with mine. I've had it since November 2016.

I don't have the KEYone, but have had Z10, Z30,Passport,Leap,Classic, Playbook,Priv and Dtek60. Never had any issues with screen lift on any of them so far. The Z10 I shattered screen when the screen was on clip side of BlackBerry oem leather holster case which fell to the concrete floor from a 9ft drop. I find the only issue with the Dtek60 is more sensitive to scratches than any of the other BlackBerry phones. The real BlackBerrys are more durable definitely.

The interesting thing about this is the DTEK50 screen is a lot more durable than the 60.

I have both, the 50 screen has two small scratches on it after a year of use and is way better in normal day to day use. The 60 screen scratches very easily in day to day use and I had to get a screen protector for it. And I've just sent it away to get a broken screen replacement.

Hmm, got my 60 in February, no screen protection and no scratches at all. I carry it in my pocket, dropped it at least ten times, Incipio case.
